ENERSOAR Product Warranty Policy
1. Warranty for Major Components
ENERSOAR provides a warranty for the major components it manufactures. This service is provided and fulfilled by the distributor from whom you purchased the product or the customer service of the relevant sales platform.
2. Warranty for Non-ENERSOAR Components
For other components within the product not manufactured by ENERSOAR (such as third-party branded accessories), warranty service is provided directly by the brand manufacturer of that component. The specific warranty policy is subject to the information published by the respective brand manufacturer. If you have any questions, please contact your seller.
3. Warranty Scope and Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under the warranty:
· Human Accident Damage: Damage caused by accidents such as collisions or burns resulting from non-quality-related issues.
· Improper Modification and Use:
Damage caused by the use of non-matching parts or accessories, or improper adjustment, installation, painting, etc.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, use, or operation not in accordance with the product manual.
Damage caused by using the product for stunts, dangerous actions, or misuse.
· Improper Maintenance:
Failure of other components caused by failure to perform regular maintenance as instructed in the manual or failure to replace wearable parts in a timely manner.
Damage resulting from customer disassembly or repair without official guidance.
Damage caused by circuit modifications not per official instructions, or the use of mismatched battery packs or chargers.
· External Factors and Compatibility Issues:
Damage incurred while riding on non-standard roads or due to traffic accidents.
Damage resulting from compatibility issues when used simultaneously with non-ENERSOAR certified third-party components.
Damage caused by battery over-discharge due to improper storage.
Damage caused by corrosion.
· Tampered Identification: Where the product serial number, factory label, or other identification marks show signs of being torn, removed, or altered.
· Labor and shipping costs incurred during the repair process.
· Regular wear and tear parts, including but not limited to:
Tires, screws, nuts, washers, gaskets, bearings
Plugs, grips, cables
Drive train components (chain, chainring, cassette)
Guards, cover plates, seat fabric, etc.
4.Return and Exchange Policy
ENERSOAR only accepts returns for issues arising from the product's inherent quality. For exchange services, please consult your point of purchase.
